Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–8 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Partners 

We ship via Shiprocket and its associated courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.) based on your pin code and availability.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Free shipping may be offered on select orders or during promotional periods.

Order Tracking 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order on the courier partner's website.

Failed Delivery 

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
